PREGNANCY & POSTNATAL PILATES

Both pregnancy and the postnatal period can be overwhelming, take some time for YOU, to move your body, to relax and connect with others.

In our classes, we will move, strengthen and stretch our bodies. Combining strength exercises with pelvic floor work and breathing techniques to help you to prepare for birth if you are prenatal, or to recover from pregnancy and birth if you are postnatal. We will take time to chat and connect with other mums and mums-to-be, and time to relax and enjoy a moment of calm.

Prenatal classes are suitable from the moment that you find out that you’re pregnant, up until birth. You can start postnatal classes anytime after you’ve had your 6-8 week check up, and they’re suitable for all mamas looking to re-connect with their bodies and regain core strength post pregnancy, even if it’s been a while since you gave birth.

Continuing to practice and teach throughout my own pregnancy allowed me to experience first hand, the untold benefits of Pilates in the Prenatal and Postnatal periods. I’d really love to share them with you. Sophie x

Classes will run as 4 week courses, with a class each week. The investment will be £30 per course (4 sessions.)
