Bootcamp & Group Training


Want to kickstart your fitness journey? Maybe you’ve plateaued, perhaps you want to take your fitness to the next level or you’re struggling to find that post-lockdown motivation to get back into exercise.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve fitness or tone up, we’re here to help! 

Our trainers run 4 week Fit Camps at intervals throughout the year.

We combine interval training (HIIT/Circuits) with core, lower body and upper body resistance work to get you feeling fit, strong and toned. Fast. 💪

Sessions are at 6:00-6:50am.

Our next Fit Camp starts February 2022 ⏰ and will run twice weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

The cost is £45 per person.

Group Personal Training: 6am Sessions

Affordable, early morning group personal training sessions at 658 Fitness. 

Group Personal Training Sessions are a total body workout held in the gym or studio, we combine cardio and resistance training to maximise your results in the minimum amount of time.

You will be training 2-3 times per week in a small group – maximum 4 people. You can train with friends or if you’re coming in solo we can place you in a group. All of our participants are extremely friendly and supportive of each other. Sessions run in blocks of 4 and 6 weeks. 

As with all of our personal training and bootcamp sessions, progress tracking and nutrition advice is available at no additional cost.
