Online Classes During Lockdown

We have a variety of online classes running from Monday to Saturday, accessible to everyone, all using minimal space and no equipment. All classes are available to members and to pay as you go. If you would like us to send you information on how to train online with us, email us on info@658fitness.co.uk and we’ll get back to you with all the details. If you are new to 658 Fitness and virtual training, we are offering your first week of online classes FREE so you can see if it’s something that works for you.


Fully equipped gym with cardio and resistance machines, free weights and functional training areas. We include the option of an induction or personalised programme with all of our memberships in order to help you reach your goals.


We have a jam packed class timetable with a range of fitness classes to suit all needs and abilities. Classes are included in all of our full memberships and are also available to pay as you go.

Personal Training

Sometimes you need some extra guidance, support or motivation to enable you to reach your goals. During one-to-one sessions, your trainer will lead you through a bespoke, results driven programme designed to suit your needs. We offer a variety of Personal Training packages, all with a free initial consultation.

6am Sessions

We run early morning Group Training and Bootcamp sessions designed for those who like to work out first thing. A total body workout held in the gym or studio, combining cardio and resistance training to maximise your results in the minimum amount of time. 

Sports Therapy & Massage

Located within 658 Fitness, The Injury Hub offers sports and personal injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation as well as sports and percussion massage.
