Blast your abs with 30 minutes of pure core work for a washboard stomach and a stronger, tighter core. Work at your own pace, no co-ordination required. Pair this class with ‘Express Legs & Bums’ at 10:30am on Sundays for an hour of power. Tuesday 10:15am, Sunday 10am
Aerobics & Body Conditioning:
A classic Aerobics workout combined with floor work to tighten and tone those legs, bums & tums and light weights to work your upper body. A low impact workout of moderate intensity. Monday 9am
Attack & Tone:
An all in one, energetic, cardiovascular and toning workout combining-high impact aerobics, toning with kettlebells or dumbbells, finished off with some floor work. Saturday 10:00am
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 9:30am & Saturday 9am
Les Mills BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. Wednesday 6pm
Want to improve your strength, stamina and muscular endurance? Circuit Training is the class for you. The full body workout comprising of a variety of high intensity exercises performed for a set time, one after another. Mixing up cardio and strength training, the incorporation of HIIT (see below) and weights sends your fat-burning furnace into high gear and keeps you torching calories even after you’ve finished your workout. Thursday 6:15pm
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training):
High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, is a form of cardiovascular exercise that will help you improve your existing fitness levels, as well as tone up and shed any unwanted weight. Practiced by alternating high intensity exercises with less intense recovery periods, HIIT workouts will get your heart pumping and the sweat pouring off you! Combining high intensity with interval training gives you a metabolism boost for up to 48 hours after your workout too so you’ll still be burning fat even after you’ve left the gym! An excellent class for building strength, stamina and endurance. Monday & Wednesday 7pm
Ketllebells & Core
Supercharge your fitness and melt your unwanted fat with our Kettlebell workout! We have a variety of weights so you can tailor the exercises to suit your own training level and ability. You’ll bust your belly fat, lose your love handles and feel fantastic, energised and strong. In the second phase of the class we focus on core conditioning, performing exercises that will tone, tighten and strengthen those abs and surrounding muscles. Friday 9:30am
Legs & Bums Express:
A 30 minute lower body workout targeting your legs and bum. This short, yet challenging class should see you sporting leaner legs and buns of steel in no time. Work at your own pace, no co-ordination required. Pair this class with ‘Express Abs’ at 10am for an hour of power. Sunday 10:30am
Legs, Bums & Tums:
The low impact aerobic & toning class targeting those common problem areas whilst gently taking you into the fat burning zone. Get leaner legs, a tighter tush and a toned tum with this body shaping workout.
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Regular pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Pilates can also complement other training methods by developing whole body strength and flexibility, and help reduce the risk of injury. Monday 6pm, Tuesday 11am, Wednesday 8:45am and Thursday 7pm
Pump & Tone:
A total body, resistance workout using barbells, dumbbells and your own bodyweight to seriously strengthen, tighten and tone your muscles. Set to pumping music, this workout will get your heart rate up and burn around 600 calories per hour. Wednesday 9:30am
Spin & SPINtervals:
The calorie torching qualities of indoor cycling are hard to beat! Focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity training and recovery, variation keeps you motivated as you pedal your way to fitness on an stationary bicycle. Monday 7:45pm, Tuesday 7pm, Wednesday 10:30am, Thursday 5:30pm, Friday 9am & 5:45pm, Sunday 9:15am
An intense aerobics class using a Step, Step Aerobics burns 30 – 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. Suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced steppers, the step has 3 levels – the higher the step the tougher the workout! Tuesday 9:30am
Stretch & Mobility:*
Unsure on how to stretch properly? Can’t seem to loosen off properly before working out? Or do you find you suffer from tightness and cramps a lot? Then a class led by a qualified sports therapist can benefit you and your body!
So how can it help?
Mobility and stretching can facilitate strength, improve body control and enhance flexibility. Physiologically it can reduce the risk of overuse injuries, improve muscular-skeletal imbalances and can aid in muscle recovery. Psychologically it can decrease stress, improve mood and help reduce burnout. Coming soon…

Get firm and flexible in this invigorating 45 minute class. A workout that will tone your tum, glutes, legs and arms, whatever your shape or size. Work your muscles to move better, bend more easily and reach higher. Take control, stretch to the next level and relax. Your body will love you – trust us. Thursday 8:45am
