Cancel Your Membership

At 658 Fitness we offer flexible memberships and do not tie you into contracts. If you wish to cancel your membership, we simply ask that you give us 30 days notice of your intention to do so. You should send your cancellation notice via email to info@658fitness.co.uk. Your membership is on standing order, which means you send the payment to us rather than us collecting it, so you will also need to cancel your payments with your bank. This can usually be done very easily via online banking, just go to your standing order payments and request that no more payments are made to us after the end date of your 30 day cancellation period. If you have the time, we’d really appreciate if you’d include in your cancellation email your reason for leaving us as we’re always looking for ways to improve.

Please note that as your membership is a standing order NOT a direct debit, it is impossible for us to amend/cancel payments and it is your responsibility to do so. If you inform us that you are cancelling your membership but you don’t cancel with your bank, your payments will continue. This information is made available to you upon joining and very clear to you if you follow the simple cancellation procedure outlined above. Due to the administration time and costs involved, we have a strict no refund policy.

If the time has come for you to leave us, we thank you for supporting our small business and hope to see you again in the future.
