658 Fit Camps

Want to kickstart your fitness journey? Maybe you’ve plateaued or you want to take your fitness to the next level…

Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve fitness or tone up, we’re here to help! 

We run 4 week Bootcamps at intervals throughout the year…

Sessions are one hour long and combine Interval Training (HIIT/Circuits) with lower body, abs and upper body resistance work to get you feeling fit, strong and toned 💪

Sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 6am – 7am.

The cost is £65 per person or £120 for two (that’s just £5 per session!!)

Next Fit Camp starts Monday 9th September 2019

Group Training: 6am Sessions

Early morning group training sessions at 658 Fitness. Designed for those who like to work out first thing.

Wednesdays and Fridays 6-7am

Small group training sessions are a total body workout held in the gym or studio, we combine cardio and resistance training to maximise your results in the minimum amount of time.

Group Training runs in blocks, details of our next 4 week Summer programme are as follows:

Wednesday 7th – Friday 30th August.

£55 per person for 2 x sessions per week.
